Issue while sending Inventory to floor stock

hi Experts,

We are facing a issue while sending the Inventory from ERP to the Floor Stock in SAP ME 6.0.

I am using MIGO to transfer the Inventory from ERP, and i can see that the IDOC has been received in SAP MII 12.2.

But in SAP MII while processing i see the below error :

INVCON02_INV_PEG : [STEP = STD_END]. Floor stock movement from the SAP ME-controlled storage location 0001 is not allowed

INVCON02 : No workflow defined for this message type.

Please help.
