SAP MEINT Queue Monitor issue

hello Experts,

We are facing issues while trying to send data (LOIPRO02) from ERP to ME.

None of the IDOC types are being transferred to ME from ERP

When I checked in Queue Monitor of MII I Found that Idocs were received successfully but they are stuck in the Queue Moitor with the "Queued" status when I try to retry then these jobs are in Retry state for ever and not getting processed.

Versions :

     SAP MII 14.0

     SAP ME 6.0

Kindly suggest any solution.
