I would like to ask the question of the experts in regards to best practices for work centers and resource allocations.
We have a Make to Order Workshops that are staffed with 4-6 technicians.
Some Production Orders only require 1 technician and some require up to 3 due to the size or complexity of the job.
Given that we want to SAP to capacity level our products orders, how can we instruct SAP that a particular production order will require a minimum of say 2 technicians.
I this something that SAP can do? We also want to have the ability to mark certain technicians unavailable if they are sick or on holidays.
