Issue when sending process messages PI_CRST

Hi experts,

I am using process messages from Electronic Work Instructions (PI-Sheet) for Discrete Orders in order to confirm component consumption. It is working fine, but when I complete the EWI the system always creates a process message of the category PI_CRST (Control Recipe Status).

When sending this process message, we are getting the following error:

I think this process message is not necessary, but the system creates it automatically.

Can anyone please help me?
